Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the relaxing and well-maintained pool area. Many appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of a family-run establishment. Bathrooms received criticism for being outdated or problematic in several rooms. Overall, the positive service and pool experience stood out most.
