Pros (+) The room was very clean and the shower was wonderful. Also, very good natural light in the room we stayed in. We used the restaurant for breakfast and it was reasonably priced and very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons (-) Lack of any good decor, the most basic of all, pretty tired. The facility is old, with poor electrics. Not many outlets and some falling out of the wall. All in all, if you are on a budget, this is not a bad option.
