Ground floor with room above is VERY loud, you should not provide those rooms if there are others available with no one above or below, pretty much zero sound barrier, the person above us was up multiple times, we slept horribly.

Cons (-) My wife and I thought breakfast was included and thought that $9.95 each for coffee and a roll was excessive. This rip off left a bad taste in our mouth toward the DoubleTree.
