Ground floor with room above is VERY loud, you should not provide those rooms if there are others available with no one above or below, pretty much zero sound barrier, the person above us was up multiple times, we slept horribly.

Pros (+) The bed and tub were first class
Cons (-) The parking was difficult, drapes weren't clean
Cons (-) My wife and I thought breakfast was included and thought that $9.95 each for coffee and a roll was excessive. This rip off left a bad taste in our mouth toward the DoubleTree.

Pros (+) The facilities are being remodeled so hopefully will be better in the future, though the room was nice. One gripe - the free WiFi is so slow as to be worthless. To get something better you have to cough up $10. In a time when even the cheapest dumps provide adequate WiFi this strikes a raw nerve.
