The staff were very friendly and the location was good.
The spa was not in use and i think it shouldn't be advertised if it's not working! Also you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and hallway at night.
This is a very good hotel, very good food, friendly staff, very good location.
That we couldn't have dinner, but only B & B (we didn't notice this at the booking) A bit too expensive.
The staff (gentleman) on arrival - very polite and helpful. Central heating worked in the room. Location to where i needed to be was good. Doors open late.
All (supposed hot) breakfast items were cold except tomatoes which I presume had maybe just come out. Eggs, bacon, and sausages were under heaters that were either not turned on, or hardly. Beans were in a dish on the side! this was my experience two days in a row! The pool and jacuzzi/hot tub facilities were not available. Room was adjacent to the noisy lift. Shower head (flow) was not very good. Television channels were very limited for non-Spanish. Safe in room did not function.
Quiet/Friendly and helpful staff/Close to beach and shopping.
Swimming pool was freezing cold (I would look for an indoor or heated pool next time). Also moss or algae build-up on floor of pool didn't look to inviting or healthy. We didn't particularly like being overlooked by a huge hotel over the road.
The strongest points of this hotel are friendly staff (without any doubt, the hotels' receptionists, waiters, maids will become your best friends during your stay!), excellent location, cozy rooms, perfect breakfast and dinner. We were travelling with the infant and all our requests (baby crib, special diet food etc) were done.
Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to order lunch at the hotel in September (because of low season). From our previous experience lunch were pretty good. Another point - the beach towels had to be paid for taking and for shifting (2 euro each time). They used to be free. Frankly speaking, the cost is insignificant but it would be much better if for the tourists who are not resting for the first time at this hotel they go for free during their stay. It would be nice to introduce a loyalty system.
