The staff and service was warm, helpful and professional. Lovely welcome with coffee and biscuits even though we turned up early. Glitches in the room got fixed quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help out with.Delicious continental breakfasts.
The only disappointment was that the pool, mentioned on the website, is not actually on site. It would be helpful to know that in advance. Apart from that it’s a beautiful hotel.

Second time here, that says it all. This time a union jack throw on bed, thoughtful and amusing. Decor updated but still the same arty stylish quirky appeal. Brought our daughter this time , we knew she would appreciate the decor and location. Same charming staff at reception who when we arrived early offered us breakfast.
