Pros (+) Wonderful location, friendly staff, great breakfast with views. We enjoyed a day by the pool and walking the harbour. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff are doing a great job with COVID protocols - we appreciated that! Unfortunately, not all guests are as concerned or receptive to mask mandates and distancing. Pros (+) I called the hotel to see about free transportation. Anna Banana was AMAZING! She told us about a promotion they had. I loved the discounts (free shuttle round trip, $50USD credit towards food/drinks/spa, free breakfast buffet, discounted excursions, free drinks upon arrival) from the promotion: “1 hour VIP tour”, however, it was actually a timeshare they were trying to sell. Well worth it though.
Cons (-) When I booked the hotel, it said free breakfast was included, however, the hotel did not accept this for reasons I’m not sure. They told me to call the site I booked with. I spent 45mins-1hr on the phone with Kayak & Getaroom, whom I booked through and all they can do was give me 15% of what I paid for the stay back, which was less than what we spent on breakfast. Cons (-) Reception service is extremely bad and they are not responsive. WiFi is limitedly free and is very slow. Swimming pool is very small and not great. The architecture is hotel is terrible. We had to walk at least 0.5 miles to go to breakfast. Change of rooms was difficult and the staff weren't very cooperative !!!

Pros (+) The location on the marina is very good for boat activities, restaurants, and shopping. You can walk anywhere from this central location. The staff, accommodations and security are also very good.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean, other than the front desk the staff was friendly and helpful. location is nice for marina traffic and getting to inner city shopping as well as getting to beach. included breakfast buffet was nice although lacking a bit of daily variation.

Pros (+) In the heart of the Marina, is both good as a lot of events/ activities close by but the flip side you'll be close to a army of folks trying to sell you stuff, trips & Time shares etc. Pool staff are good.
Cons (-) They use a wrist band system so be ready to wear that for the week. Had an issue with the magnetic keys were I had to get replacements pretty much every day!
