Everything was great, amazing location. The hotel is ready for a facelift. The room has the dingy yellow lighting bulbs vs. white lighting, not good for longer stays, depressing

Mediocre hotel at best. Much too expensive for what’s offered. Pool is small. Hot tub is tiny. I had a suite and the furniture was dated and worn. Air filter door was wide open and the filter itself was filthy. Thermostat did not work well, had to continually set the temperature. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Stay at the Hilton next door. Much nicer and cheaper

Cons (-) Very poor welcome and interaction with staff. As a family member of a Marriott employee, I utilized the Explore Rate discount for family members. Pros (+) The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a terrible experience the evening before, so we switched to the Courtyard. Seeing and listening to what happened, the staff did their best to allow us to take care of our vehicle while we waited for our room, and even accommodated an early check-in because of our needs. Thank you so much! You saved the 4th of July for us!!!
