Everything was great, amazing location. The hotel is ready for a facelift. The room has the dingy yellow lighting bulbs vs. white lighting, not good for longer stays, depressing

Mediocre hotel at best. Much too expensive for what’s offered. Pool is small. Hot tub is tiny. I had a suite and the furniture was dated and worn. Air filter door was wide open and the filter itself was filthy. Thermostat did not work well, had to continually set the temperature. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Stay at the Hilton next door. Much nicer and cheaper

Pros (+) Great location near Church Street and within walking distance of Central Burlington's attractions.
Cons (-) Very poor welcome and interaction with staff. As a family member of a Marriott employee, I utilized the Explore Rate discount for family members. My initial greeting was a very cold "I can't believe we're offering that rate tonight" followed by what felt like an interrogation about my relationship to the Marriott employee (my mother).
