Location was very good, close to main attractions. When night comes, better stay inside.
The overall impresion is no more than a 2-3 stars hotel. Everything needs to be renewed. The staff barrely speak english. Breakfast was below expectations with very few choises.

Front desk staff was a bit neglectful; asked to have a taxi for 4 am pick up and they said they would order it but they never did.

The location was quite good, especially during the day, as it was close to the Calle Florida and the Casa Rosada - you should be more careful at night, but it’s nothing too dangerous. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Good price/quality ratio. Averall a good hotel.
Minor renovations to the room would be advisable. The structure of the bathroom was not very functional.
