Pros (+) Thought the staff supper friendly and helpful. Thought some of the guests needed training about how to behave. Was pretty amazed what they were asking and how unreasonable and ungrateful they were. The room was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable.
Cons (-) I am a fan of Palermo Soho. So I could have been closer but having said that the location was good.
