Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location and generally found the beds to be comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted recurring problems with the bathrooms, especially the lack of hot water and maintenance issues. Some guests also experienced poor service, with complaints about unresponsiveness to requests and lack of attention to detail. Noise disturbances and thin walls were mentioned by several guests as well. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, improvements are needed in bathroom facilities, service, and noise insulation.
