Large depositPros:Nothing. Couldn't get the car because the ask for $2500 deposit with Allianz insuranceCons:Couldn't reach the office to ask information about the rental number give a busy tone. Then they ask you for about $900 deposit if you get thier insurance for a rental who suppose to cost $132 without insurance. Just choose one of the local guys from the same office way cheaper.Reviewed Dec 6 2015

I cancelledPros:They didn't provided all the info about requirements when booked the car rental when I reach to pick up the car they asked $2500.00 deposit despite I had already purchased insurance when I made the reservation, which I didn't get reimburse despite cancel reservation and they were no number to call to get my insurance money back. Worst rental experiencePros:The fact that it was even a car. I got double charged and no one seemed to care.Cons:I booked online for a car rental and expected it to be easy peezy; this wasn't the case. I walked in to the rental office where they had no electronics of any kind. Not only did they not have any of my information on file but they didn't even bother to look it up by calling someone. I had to start over and manually fill everything out for them. I booked a second time and paid a deposit of $700! Now I'm over $1000, with no hopes of getting any money back, before I've even left the office. My original booking was for a 2017 Hyundai Accent or similar. Instead, I got a 1994 Nissan that was barely hanging on! The back left tire was flat and I HAD TO CHANGE IT MYSELF! Absolutely terrible service and experience. I would like some money back or credits or I will never be using Budget/Kayak againReviewed Nov 13 2017

Pros:NothingCons:They wanted a $2,500.00 deposit on a $400.00 rental. I've worked in Haiti for 40 years and I don't trust anyone down there to refund money on a trust worthy basis. What do you do if they refuse? Make another trip and take it to court? I recommend getting there and negotiating in person with the many agencies there.Reviewed Feb 23 2016

Better than last timePros:Great service over all. I like the efficiency in returning the car, I did not have to wait as long as the pick up time.Cons:This time the only thing that made me unhappy was the waiting time before I picked up the car. Even though I reserved in advance, I still had to wait with visitors for over an hour before I could get a car. The other thing is that I was given a smaller size than the car I reserved for the same price. That was very disappointing.Reviewed Mar 18 2017

Poor Quality VehiclesPros:The representative was professional.Cons:I waited an hour to get the vehicle at the airport. When I pulled off the lot as I turned the wheel, a loud sound was heard. So, I returned the vehicle to the airport for an exchange. I was told to go to the service department which was about half a mile away. While at the service station, I had to wait an additional hour to get the replacement vehicle. Finally, I got the vehicle which turns out to be worse than the first one. The replacement vehicle had low brakes. At this point, I was tired and hungry. I stuck it out until I reach home. The next day, I called the rep to state the issue and he instruct me to come back to exchange it. The third vehicle had good brakes, however upon reaching 70KM, the steering wheel starts to vibrate. At that point, I was already on the road so I decided to take my journey to Cap-Haitien which took a lot longer due to the vehicle issue.The cigarette lighter was not working, so I couldn't even charge my cell. By Friday, I returned the vehicle for yet another replacement. I was highly frustrated and the mechanics seems to think this was a joke. Never again..Reviewed Oct 19 2015

Cons:I placed a reservation with Budget and brought the Allianz insurance, got to Haiti to tell me I needed to purchase additional insurance and have a minimum dollar of 3,000 on my credit card. I had went with a local rental company instead.Reviewed Apr 19 2016
