Pros:Drop off was terrible. 24 hours after drop off they still haven't closed the reservation and sent my receipt. I called literally 10 times yesterday and got the run around. I'm going to have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge until I hear from them because I'm sure they're going to try to charge me for an extra day.Reviewed Dec 17 2020

Oh HummCons:Billed me wrong. Upgraded to the nosiest SUV (Jeep Compass sounded like a helicopter). I had to call Budget customer service to correct billing error (counter rep "had no authority"). Other than that it was poor.Reviewed Aug 8 2018

Cons:Interaction with representative upon return was at best less than friendly. When I ask questions about why a walk around to inspect for any preexisting damage was not performed ( I don’t rent cars offen) he looked at me like I was stupid. His reply was that they don’t have the personel to do that. So I ask how does Budget know what dents/scratches were preexisting and which were new. Once again his reaction to my question was as if I was wasting his time in asking a question. All in all I think I’ll probably not rent from Budget again.Reviewed Dec 14 2017
