Pros: Great car and pricing. Very nice counter service person. Extremely helpful and good at explaining things
Cons: The line was too long upon arrival and the system/reservation process could’ve been much more efficient by using modern technology a little more To speed things up. It was extremely extremely slow

Pros: The staff was fine. See issue below...
Cons: I had an approved confirmation for my reservation. When I got to the airport, I was told by the Budget staff that my account is blocked (This did not know why) and therefore, they can't rent the car per the reservation. I had to rent a car in other company which cost me double the price. Really Bad.

TERRIBLE EXPERINCE
Pros: The person at the counter was fine and helpful
Cons: The Car was dirty, outside was not washed and inside there was a hair residue from previous rent, car had lots of damage on wheels . the return was before 7 am due to my fight timing and no one was there to receive the car, a day later they charge me 15 Euro for petrol, although the car was Full, they also charged me 280 Euro for damage to the car, what damage and how do you do that without proof. you cant charge people cards as you wish. now it will take 20 days to verify my complain. this is poor process as you need to verify any claimed damage with renter and not to charge the card as you wish.

Almost perfect experience
Pros: The staff at Nice airport were amazingly friendly and helpful. We got an amazing upgrade to a really nice car (plus all the other cars in the lot looked suitably smart), and drop-off took 30 seconds.
Cons: There's quite a long wait in line to pick-up cars at Nice airport, but this is the same for all of the rental companies (it's a busy place!). Approx 30 mins waiting.
