They called day of and told me they didn’t have my pre-reserved car

Budget owner declined to honor reservation
Pros: I arrived at budget and the owner of the agency told me he did not have any caramel rent ton me nor did he have my contact number or info to call and let me know. I then called budgets customer service number and was informed that they had the right not to honor the reservation. The lot had at least 18 cars available.
Cons: They wouldn't honor kayaks reservation
