After the bad experiences with the room, i had to talk with the Receptionist, she was kind, understanding, she wanted to help me with everything, i told her i do apologize, but this is not what i was expected. I was really upset because of the situation, she helped me, with another room, i had to wait again like almost half an hour, but it was okay. From this point the other room was absolutely alright, so i said that this will be okay, and thank you again. She was absolutely nice. Thank you for her kindness. The wellness section was also nice. I hope no one else will have the same problem like i had, for a 4 stars Hotel, this is not too good.
First of all, i had a conversation with the Hotel about the early check-in , i told them when i would like to check-in, etc, they said it is okay, we can manage.. I had to wait for the room, more than half an hour. For the first time when i checked the room, i was absolutely disappointed. The bathroom and the room was not how it should be, the cleanliness.. It was a Superior room, from the website , you would not expect this, i thought that if it's a superior, then should not be bad. I was wrong. I am working in a Hotel as well as a recepcionist, so this was absolutely unacceptable. There we would never sell a room what is like this.
Location, great Spa Center.
The hotel staff is really kind, friendly and helpful, especially Henrietta. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is nice to have a free entrance to the wellness area.
We were expected some fresh baked and warm pastries for breakfast, but it was unfortunately a bit dry. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from your neighbor.
