Pros: All except TV did not work till desk came and fixed it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the woman taking care of it (I forget her name) was so pleasant. She greeted us every morning so cheerfully. This is probably the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. We would highly recommend you stay here. Only a short ride to down town and the train.
Cons: Nothing,this hotel is wonderful!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, literally two minutes from our event. The room was very clean and quiet. Would absolutely reccomend.
Cons: The staff was a little aggressive when I and another guest asked why he needed a card when our rooms had already been paid for , and seemed frustrated telling us how to get to our rooms. He may have just been having an off day though, and been a little overwhelmed. These things happen.
7,5 Good
Pros: the staff - close to town and it was clean. price was okay but there is nothing to brag about.
Cons: could not close bathroom door with out a struggle. breakfast was room temp at best. room layout is terrible. I mean the sink is in the room so one can not get up and let the spouse sleep while brushing and shaving in the morning.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast.
Cons: The room had a damp floor and a musty smell from the air conditioner. They also posted a list of prices you would be charged if you took any of the listed items from the room. I understand that some people do take things, but to list prices!! Room costs are enough to compensate for this.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable but the TV turned itself off
Cons: The breakfast. The coffee was like brown water Bacon was not fresh and the waffle mix separated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything about our stay, We would recommend staying here, very clean room and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the breakfest. The room was neat and clean and plenty to choose from. But, the best thing about it was the hostess, she was a true delight, friendly, and sweet!!!!! Overall, we give it a 10 plus!!!!!!!
Cons: Nothing!!!!

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the porch and the view of the river. The bed was comfortable ,and we had good TV reception. Also we were located close to everything we were interested in.
Cons: The only chairs were the chairs at the table, the room needs a comfortable chair or a small sofa. 5,8 Okay
Pros: simple room to spend a night while attending a conference
Cons: I was cheated by booking .com when I made the reservation. The box I clicked on said the price was $60 which was the same price I paid when I attended the same conference on Sept. 28, 2018. I was in a hurry and did not check further to make sure this was correct. I paid $110 as it turned out. This is robbery. I will never make another reservation through booking .com. I will also tell all of my friends and co workers about this. I was cheated. It was not the hotel's fault. I was over charged and cheated!

7,1 Good
Pros: We loved the pool. My girls deffently loved the jet juqquzii!
Cons: The check in time took longer than expected.
6,7 Good
Pros: We enjoyed the beautiful setting and the comfy room. While the amenities were not exactly what we were expecting, we still had an excellent time and the kids enjoyed aspects of the game room and the pool.
Cons: The room was just fine, but we were disappointed to find that the restaurant was not open and many of the things in the game room were dirty and in disrepair. The pool was ok, but the area around it had some clutter and just needed a little TLC to be outstanding. The breakfast was disappointing as well - it was very basic and lacked any warm food or healthy options beyond fruit and yogurt. For what we were expecting from pictures on the website, it was not exactly what we expected. It was not a bad stay, but the number of things that did not wow us were numerous.

Pros: I loved everything about the property! It was one of the most beautiful places my family and I have ever stayed in! It has a beautiful pool with a pool room that has tons of games. It also has amazing views and a beautiful basketball court! Riding stables are right down the road, sadly we weren’t able to do it but we will next time! We will def be back!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful scenery
Cons: They were understaffed and didn’t bring any clean towels or coffee to the room
5,8 Okay
Pros: nothing was really bad.
Cons: everything was kinda ratty, but clean. spots on carpet, front door locked after 9 pm (no staff person there after that until 8 am). breakfast not impressive, bistro closed. pool needed cleaning. they are selling the cabins that they rent, so clearly the business is failing and they are skimping wherever they can.
