Pros (+) We decided to upgrade to a suite with a hot tub. The room was huge, shower was built for two, bed comfortable, and generally clean. The room included a nice breakfast too - cereal, eggs, meat, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit-- how can anyone complain!?
Cons (-) There was a faint smell of cigarette in the room which I know takes ages to go away. It wasn't overpowering though.

Pros (+) I gave it five stars because they wouldn't let me give it six!
Cons (-) I would be hard-pressed to find anything I didn't like about this place. We had one mechanical issue in the room which was taken care of very promptly. Awesome service by Tim and the rest of the maintenance crew.
