Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was a highlight for many. However, there were frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, with mentions of dirty carpets, stained floors, unpleasant odors, and even pest issues. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive staff, unresolved issues, and missing amenities. Overall, while the location is a positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to meet guest expectations.
