Pros: The scenery surrounding the property is just gorgeous, backdrop of the mountains, picture perfect. Everything is so clean, from the room, outside, very well maintained. Hands together for the staff that work so hard to make it comfortable & enjoyable for us. Keep up with the good work

Pros: Exceeded expectations, room was larger than expected. Very clean, tidy and well kept. Came from Hotham and then to Falls the next day, close to both mountains and not far from the centre of Bright for dinner either! Great place, fantastic location and friendly reception staff. Cons: Unfortunately it smelt very musty. It needs a lot of work. The showers overflow making water go everywhere. The pool was not clean

Cons: We were near what I thought were large hot water services and laundry, that were noisy most of the night. Heater was blowing cold air, so rang and told them in the morning to come and fix it but no one came. We fixed it ourselves by cleaning the filters. Meant to be someone in office from 8am to 7 pm, but went there about 12:30pm door locked and no one around. When leaving to drop key off and tell them about heater there was no one there.
