Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many reviews praising the service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as good or very acceptable, and the hotel's location is considered convenient for both leisure and business stays. Cleanliness is generally rated positively, though a few guests noted isolated issues. However, a major recurring complaint is the non-functioning elevator, which caused inconvenience for several guests. Despite some signs of wear and minor maintenance issues, the overall experience is positive, especially due to the attentive staff and good value for money.
