Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the harbor and city center, as well as the high-quality, varied breakfast. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, and several guests appreciated the comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue for some guests, with reports of dirty rooms and insufficient bathroom supplies. Despite some negative experiences with room assignments and occasional service lapses, the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding the hotel's convenience and amenities.
