Pros:The location of the hotel to the highway. The waterfall on the property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable.
Cons:The hotel clerk training to review and accept reservations paid using Kayak.

Pros:the beds were super comfortable, or i was just that tired.
Cons:we booked a room two weeks in advance, was given a different room because they gave all those away, our room said no smoking but smelled like a bar. there was no phone in the room, and when we called the front desk for trouble with the wifi connection after four tries they never would answer the phone. the breakfast which included waffles, had no waffles.... It also had loaf bread and squeeze out jelly. they ran out of milk and orange juice, and the container with cereal in it had three cereals mixed into one container... This is my fifth year in a row at the same hotel and it is very obvious they have new owners and I will not be staying there again, and for it to be May in alabama there is no reason to not have the pool open !!!!!
Pros:The staff checked my wife and I into a room that was already occupied. Once we finally were in a room, a cheaper one than we paid for, it was not in the best conditions. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Pros:Staff was friendly, but did not always address my needs (eg. broken coffee maker). Breakfast was ok, but waffle maker was broken all 3 days of my stay. Only 'hot' food was the gravy for biscuits & gravy.
Cons:Cleaning staff was awful often forgetting things like towels. Towels were dirty, had chunks of 'stuff' still on them. Room were mediocre in condition and poorly laid out, not very functional. I would not stay here again and certainly NOT recommend it to a friend, or even enemy.
Pros:The location was good and the staff handled the problems I had.
Cons:Had to try two keys before being moved to another room. Two men were checking in at the same time and had similar problems. Ceiling plaster had fallen on the bed but I just swept it off. Clearly the room had water issues. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay longer.

Cons:Needs new toilet sets, saw a roach up the wall in the room. Had to switch rooms because my cable didn't work and floor was wet and the new room mini fridge didn't seem to work well
