Free wifi on room (via WPA key available at the desk), availability of breakfast (was a bit cheap, both in price and in available items). Good reachable by tram, bus and metro. Availability of (lots of) restaurants in neighbourhood (if you know where to find them). Very friendly reception.
Noise of the neighbourhood outside (very early in morning at 7).

It was cheap
The room I was sharing with 3 girls was completely disordered, underwear on the floor, also shoes and stuff like that.

Very new renovation, very clean and modern. Very kind staff. Possibility to come in and out at any time. No necessity to make any Jouth Hostels card. Near metro station and not far from S-Bahn station.

U inn is a great hotel in a very good location in Berlin! It is a new hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! It is also important to have free internet access and of course the room rate is amazing!!!
