Pros (+) This location is close to the Spree waterfront and has several great restaurants in walking distance. The security was also good, as there is an elevator at street level that is monitored so random people cannot walk in. The rooms were large and modern with windows that opened for a breeze.
Cons (-) Google maps was terrible in describing the directions to this place. It points to the center courtyard, which is actually non-accessible to the public. You have to walk down an additional alley to find the front door, where a small banner points out the location. Also the bathroom had a weird methane smell that wouldn't really go away, so we had to keep the door closed.
