Super Helpful, ever smiling Staff, went out of their Way to help us out and see to it that the Problems were resolved. Amazing location for someone who wants to be close to the Olympiastadion Area or Messe Berlin area. S Bahn Station just 3 mins walkable. Supermarket and Restaurants just walkable. Clean Rooms and Bathroom which are cleaned everyday. Clean Linen and Bedsheets and a good Breakfast Spread.
No WiFi in the Room. I somehow ended up getting the last Room in the corridor and the WiFi Signal was too weak there and couldn't connect at all. Considering a Business Visit this was a major Drawback for me.

Cold room while the heating was Off at the time of arriving. My Wife said the bed is too soft. I found it ok.

Very nice and helpful staff, very clean, good breakfast. Very quiet and comfortably warm. Rewe supermarket just three minutes away.
The area around the hotel is a bit dark at night.
