Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and tranquil location, often highlighting the scenic views of the vineyards and the peaceful atmosphere. Many found the rooms spacious and charming, with some positive mentions of helpful staff and good breakfast. However, several reviews noted issues with heating, hot water, bugs, and inconsistent service, including problems with check-in, lack of staff presence, and communication. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, and some guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities or restaurant closures. Overall, the location and ambiance were the standout positives, while service and facilities had room for improvement.
