Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, friendly and helpful staff, and a wide range of amenities including pools, kids’ activities, and entertainment. Breakfast and food variety are generally well received, especially for families. However, some guests report issues with cleanliness and housekeeping, and a few mention that the hotel does not fully meet 5-star expectations. Overall, the hotel is recommended for families seeking a fun and relaxing stay, but there is room for improvement in cleaning standards.AI-generated from customer reviews
