It's very clean and confy, the rooms are nicely set and decorated. Staff are very polite and helpful, hussein did a great job.
The breakfast was good, and the waiter was very helpful. The location was convenient enough for me.
The bathroom looked rusty and the water was not warm enough. I guess the room I stayed in was not fresh enough. It needed some renovation and better cleaning. I felt cold in it.
Location and Stuff
Small, not much clean
Best hotel in town, great location, amazing staff, amazing prices. The hotel to go to.
It was so quite, maybe because only few rooms were taken. The Hamra street is just outside to roam around and have fun. From café to pub to games entertainments and movies. You don’t need a car to discover the area. Customer service is good, the gentleman instantly gave me what i requested.
Both rooms i checked smelled smoke tho, so if you have sinuses or you’re allergic like me, it might annoy you. The towel was washed maybe but looks dirty (yellow colour on it). Chairs/sofa also have stains and looks dirty. The size of the room is little small but suitable for the amount paid. The elevators are tiny, there are 2, one for the staff and one for guests, even for 2 pple it was tiny, i had my back bag on, i hit my friend with it every time we used the elevator in and out. The room had some water leaking from the windows when it rained, and the wall under it is moldy.
