Pros (+) Excellent facilities. I stayed for eight nights over the Chinese New Year. The club lounge was nice and quiet, but the food variety stayed the same for all those days.
Cons (-) The downstair restaurant was a bit noise with kids and families. Some of the doormen lacked enthusiasm for service. No one greeted me or helped with luggage, my brother did all of the loading unloading, which was a pity for a five star hotel.
