Pros (+) it was a great place to spend time in, theres an awesome tea set. the neighborhood has some great wine shops, and restaurants, right downstairs. i lived here because it was close to a squash court i was going to play at. it was a wonderful experience.
Cons (-) takes about 30 minutes at least to get to the center of beijing. so if you have business in the middle of town, this will take a big chunk of time out of your day
