Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. The service was described as friendly and attentive, with staff frequently mentioned for their helpfulness. Many reviews highlighted the excellent, varied breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests noted issues with parking availability and, in a few cases, noise from the surrounding area or lack of air conditioning.
