The neighbourhood, there were nice bars and restaurants.
Being asked if I would like to upgrade my room as soon as I was checking in. The amount of chemicals in the jacuzzi.

Location
Because there’s no carpet on the floors, it can be more noisy. Also, on the desk/worktop - I found a fingernail clipping.

The swimming pool at the top was acceptable although quite small. Staff were courteous and helpful, asked for extra pillows and it was provided.
Very poor facilty for a 4 star hotel. Should be rated 2 or 3 stars, felt more like a motel than a hotel. It was embarrassing to invite anyone up to my hotel when expecting to be in a 4 star hotel. Very cheap amenities, IKEA mugs, toilets look like an old apartment toilet, doors are old with cheap handles and key system. It would have been ok if it were 1/4th of the price and that was the kind of place you were looking for, but honestly ended up spending most of my time outside as the rooms were quite cheap feeling, cheap curtains and no sunlight.
