Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, proximity to attractions, and unique historical architecture. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the friendly staff, with some highlighting good value for the price. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness, breakfast quality, and overall room comfort, with several guests noting outdated facilities and occasional maintenance issues. Safety and noise concerns were mentioned by a few, and amenities such as TV, toiletries, and room lighting were sometimes lacking. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and character, but improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and amenities could enhance the experience.

Very good

Lawrence, Oct 2017

Pros (+) Price for the room was far less than other places I considered. Its location is superb. The room and common areas were very clean.

Cons (-) The room's furnishings were frankly worn out. Everything could have used either a coat of paint or even more modernizing. Breakfast was mediocre. Atrium rooms suffer from noise.
