Exceeded expectations in every way. Super quiet at night (like shockingly SILENT!!) lovely front desk staff, very comfortable beds with the sheets tucked in TIGHT, convenient location, the Arch is just steps away as is the Gothic Quarter and tons of shops and restaurants. We got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes after it free-falled about 2 feet before coming to a stop. I informed the front desk and was met with a "so what" attitude. The balcony rooms are a joke. I couldn't get my size 11 shoe to fit the mini balcony.
