Some found the rooms modern, spacious, and comfortable, and appreciated the self check-in option and friendly staff in a few cases. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing untidy rooms, lack of daily cleaning, and bathroom issues. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or unprofessional staff and problems with amenities.
