The cleaners were always on duty in floors and they were trying to make this old hotel as clean as they can be. City View from room was nice (not a wow, but its better than not seeing anything) And breakfast is generally Asian Style but it was looking good (not too much things but enough to make a light breakfast for sure)
1- I do not know where to start for explaining this horrible experience. First of all, there is a huge difference between hotel and room pictures between reality. When you go hotel and room, you realise its same place but completely different Century. They are too well edited on for convience people and I have no idea how they became more than 8.0 points by reviews here. 2- Second and most important thing, all our stay long we had internet with 0.01MBit and its almost never worked (not just in rooms, all around hotel at the year of 2019!). I had to buy two times internet package because of them. 3- For reaching hotel first you need to take an old elevator and go to high floor. Then you need to walk lobby and use second elevator to reach your room as it is a very wierd building. 4- Gym has only dumbells and just a few machines which is not enough to train. 5- They have bar but when we went for Welcome Drink, no barmen was there for 10mins and we left. 6- Room is small as you feel disturbed when two person moving same time. 7- Room had a too wierd smell when you step in. 8- Air condition is placed on an exactly point which they want you to be sick I guess. 9- Beds are comfortable but they chosed cheapest bottom for make more noisy and disturb guests! 10- Walls are thin as paper, you can listen all neighbours even while they are walking or in toilet. 11- While making checking, we have been waited around 10-15mins after 2PM. As a summary, for your joy and happiness, also your nerve levels. Better be away from this hotel. From A to Z, it is a completely horrible experience and a place you will not want to return again! If you just use it for sleeping, it might work but for rest it is a huge disappointment, unfortunately!
The hotel tour guy was really good and gave us a good dinner package for River cruise
The breakfast variety for 3 days was the same all the time. Need more varieties.
There is nice view. There is central station near where you can go to the airport. Tuk tuk drivers wait in the front of the hotel. It is quiet.
There is weird division of hotel, reception is on the 12th floor. You have to use two lifts if you want to get to your room. Lifts work only if you have key card. Wifi is poor.
The location was perfect. it was close to places we wanted to go. Less traffic in the area so getting a Grab was such a breeze. MRT is just 3 mins away.
Breakfast buffet was really good. The staff are well trained to handle differrent scenarios.
The reception desk is on 12th floor so it is bit odd when you first enter building looking for reception in ground floor. There should be more some information about this in booking confirmation.
The city of Bangkok is one of the world’s most iconic cities and in Southeast Asia, the capital of Thailand is a place that’s going to exceed all expectations. This is a very exciting city and one of the most important things about staying in the city is being in the middle of everything. The good news is there are a lot of hotels that provide the right location. That being said, the next step is having a hotel that provides exceptional service, some amazing amenities to make the stay comfortable, and rooms that are quiet and restful. Rising out of the cityscape providing all of these ingredients is the Prime Hotel Central Station Bangkok.
There are many reasons that travelers in Bangkok love Prime Hotel Central Station Bangkok. This hotel has everything a traveler to this great city could want. The staff is very attentive and helpful. When it comes to the rooms, you get some incredible views of the city. The premium mattresses and the other parts of the room provide guests great comfort. The amenities within the hotel are great as well. The hotel’s location is perhaps its best amenity. It’s very easy to see all the great parts of the city because the hotel is centrally located. The complimentary WiFi is great to use when getting in touch with friends and family back home.
When it comes to getting a great stay in Bangkok, the Prime Hotel Central Station Bangkok provides a great location and some fantastic amenities.
