Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near malls, MRT, and BTS stations, making travel and access to food convenient. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and fresh linens. The hotel is generally seen as good value for money. However, some guests mention issues with amenities such as limited hairdryers and TV functionality, and a few note that service could be improved, particularly regarding staff helpfulness and communication.
