Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to Nizami Street, making it ideal for tourists. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several staff members mentioned by name for their exceptional service. Cleanliness of the rooms was also highlighted positively. However, a major drawback repeatedly mentioned was the lack of an elevator, which made accessing upper floors challenging, especially with luggage or for families. Breakfast received positive feedback for its variety and taste, though a few noted it could be improved. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel offered good value for its location.
