Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the heater worked well.
Cons (-) There were no towels in the room and the TV did not work. The sink basin was broken. And, there was a pet fee that was not disclosed on the Kayak website. The room was neat, but lots of things at the hotel needed to be fixed and/or updated - peeling wallpaper in the halls, cracked concrete, potholes in the parking lot.

Pros (+) I liked the open garden court.
Cons (-) The water faucets were ALL leaking (Toilet, shower, sink). Asked management for help, nothing was done in 3 days. Breakfast is cold. No warm eggs. No sugar for oatmeal.

Pros (+) The beds were in good shape and slept well. Bathroom fa ilities were clean and in good repair.
Cons (-) Had a few stains on the floor that were sticky. It was a black sort of grease stain in a few high traffic spots. Little reminder you are maximizing your dollar value.

Cons (-) Room smelled terrible. tv reception was bad Air went on and off, never quite got cool throughout room. Checked out less than 4 hours later. Maintenance did try to fix but the smell was too bad. Had 2 adjoining rooms. Totally unacceptable

Cons (-) After being told by kayak in the girl the front desk when I checked in it was already paid in full she then told me I needed to put down $100 deposit either cash or on a card and there is no mention of that anywhere until I got there quite surprised.
