Perfect location. Nice garden and beach. Nice view.
A four star hotel could afford to offer their guests a natural coffee and fresh orange juice on breakfast. There is also no bathrobe and slippers in the room.

The garden was very beautiful and even in winter everything was upkept. The room was average and I felt it was a bit over priced compared to other hotels.

I asked for a double bed, they Even reply in an e-mail saying that they would do that and we slept on two single bed, side by side.

As always, a perfect stay due to the location of the Nissi Beach, its spectacular views, attentive and friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast.
There is some daily confusion on the beach in front of the hotel, where the attendant does his best to convey to non-residents of the hotel that the sun-loungers are for Nissi Beach Hotel guests only, yet nevertheless allows them to remain. As a result, many of the front-line sun-loungers are by the start of the day already taken by guests of the new neighbouring hotel (visible by their blue beach towels as opposed to the Nissi's grey towels), leaving a reduced choice for those Nissi beach hotel guests not arriving early. This needs to be addressed. Either that prime beach-space is only for Nissi Beach residents, or it is not. If it is, then the rules need too be applied and non-residents must be moved along and rent the sun-loungers further along the beach.
