Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its excellent and convenient location near the city center. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and found the property to be clean. Value for price was also mentioned positively by several reviewers. However, there were frequent comments about the need for renovation and updates to the facilities, with some guests noting issues with old furniture, outdated decor, and minor maintenance problems.
