Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location and found it convenient for exploring the city. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and the presence of insects. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful while others experienced poor communication or unhelpful attitudes. Overall, while the location is a strong point, issues with cleanliness and inconsistent service detracted from the overall experience.
