I selected this hotel due to the great location in downtown Asheville. I learned from the moment I checked in that the staff was truly amazing. The effortlessly made our weekend getaway perfect. All requests were handled polite professional and friendly. I was a great experience all around.
Location Staff Very clean Walk in shower
A/C noisy and did not cool room enough
Great for Asheville Downtown venues
Nice accommodations, friendly staff, pet friendly, extremely convenient to restaurants and the Orange Peel music venue.
Comfy beds. Spacious room and bathroom. If you option out of turn down service, you get a 5$ voucher to use in the bar. Awesome way to incorporate staying "green."
The shower could've used a keener eye during cleaning. But wasn't all too bad. The only issue I had was you could hear not only when a neighbor shut their door, but also the neighboring rooms when theit window blinds are open or shut.
always a preferred
Everything, no complaints.... Staff is great! Very helpful.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and modern. Right in the heart of downtown Asheville with a nice view.
The room wasn't very clean. There were questionable spots on the bench that looked like bodily fluid (ew), and stains on the carpet. The room wasn't terribly quiet, and I probably wouldn't have stayed there if I knew they allowed full size dogs.
The room set up. The location. Comfort.
We only stayed one night. The light and fan in bathroom were on the same switch, Minor issue.
The location, the in house bar, the roof top pool, balcony.
A little pricey for the room, the bathroom was a little difficult to for my girlfiend to get ready in.
