There were not pizzas or spageti or seabass fillet but they made everything for us. Amazing! Everyone at the hotel were amazing (except one guy that we called to collect the room service plates cause we were warned there might be ants the next day. So we called to collect it but he never arrived. There were a lot of ants in the morning. Didn’t bother us cause they were on the terrace, but felt bad for the person that had to clean the plates). The cleanliness is next level. Absolutely impeccable! Book the sea view suite. You won’t regret it
Cons: If I had to write something that wasn’t absolutely amazing it would be only about the white towels that didn’t wipe that good. The brown beach once were much better. They were conveniently in the room so this was not an issue at all.

Pros: We loves this place. It offered everything we could wish for and had perfect location, meaning around 10 min. walk from Baia Sardinia village centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every sense of the word.
Cons: The saltwater pool was perhaps not too tempting considering one has the beaches with the salty sea nearby - a freshwater pool would have given this place a top score! In general, the accommodation prices in this part of Sardinia is outrageously high.

Pros: Very nice rooms, very clean, very friendly. The Breakfast was not extra ordinary, but very good. The coffee was excellent, the waiter very friendly. The fresh fruit very good. The eggs you could only get in cold state, there was no big assortment of cheese, ham,.... But overall we liked it very much.
Cons: The distance to the beach about 500m might be something, others do not like. We had no problem with that. Apart from that, I cannot think of anything, we did not like. If you expect full english breakfast, you might not become satisfied.

Pros: The owner, Nick, was really helpful and caring. The fruit at breakfast was very tasty. Peaceful atmosphere and chairs and sunbeds dotted about over the property. Good views of sea and peninsulas from back garden.
Cons: I expected the hotel to offer light meals throughout the day. So i had great difficulty reaching the restaurants - for me, 20 minutes' walk away and uphill. I have cancer and associated problems. Also i was expecting the beach yo be 5 mins away. I nearly died walking back up thr hill from there

Pros: The location was great. There is a supermarket across the street and the "bus stop" is also right there. The village center and restaurants are 10-15 minutes on foot. The back-garden and the view from there are very nice.
Cons: I really didn't like this place nor the staff. I chose this place because of the good score it had and the great breakfast and the helpful staff it was recommended for, but I did not experience any of that. I was very disappointed with the room. There was only a small 70x70 window that looked at the inside pool and the staircase. (I especially asked for a quiet room and due to its location it was anything but) The room was very dark and very simple and didn't have a nice feeling. I felt like in a cave and my immediate reaction was disappointment. The bathroom has not been renovated for many, many years. The tiles were in bad shape. The shampoo and the soap were at the cheapest kind, so definitely bring your own. The staff was not rude but rather annoyed with everything I asked for: recommendation for restaurants, booking boat trips, anything I asked I felt that I was a nuisance to them. It could be that they were just tired by the end of the season. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. They had no vegetables. None. No tomatoes, cucumbers or any of the sort. They had lots of tea biscuits and fruits, but I could only eat bread with butter and cheese. When I asked for vegetables (two days in a row) they said I can buy it myself in the supermarket, which I did from then on. I have never ever been to a place where I had to bring food to the included breakfast. When I checked out they apologies that I was not satisfied with the breakfast and said that if they knew in advance they could have organized it. Well, I told them the first day and was there for days but during my stay, they just suggested that I take care of it. All in all, I would not recommend this place at all and I will surely never return here.

Cons: Everything was perfect, food was delucious, location and sea view amazing, beach gorgeous, very clean, srandy. But we had been disappointed that we had not been told it is possible to use La Bisaccia hotel's sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge, and we paid for that on the public beach. When we found it out we asked about that on the reception, they had promised to ask the Manager how to solve it out. We supposed we could get money back that we had paid for sunbeds and umbrellas. When we checked out nothing had been told and nothing had been paid, so this one was upset for us. They shouldbe transparent and say a out this possibility to use also LaBissacia hotel's private beach free of charge. Anyway, hotel, food, beach, vieš, sea are really amazing, we reccommend that definitelly.

Pros: All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our warm welcome at reception set the stage for a most enjoyable stay. We were given a map, and offered several choices when we asked for restaurants located locally, and shown where the beaches do were. Our room was lovely and cleaned to perfection every day. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and after one day the staff remembered what type of coffee we liked. Customer service was outstanding. The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily and you could order drinks and food to enjoy by the pool. Plenty of sun lounges and under cover area too to sip on a cocktail overlooking the pool. It was only a five minute drive to the port and nice restaurants only a few minutes away. There was also two supermarkets across the road, and plenty of onsite parking. The staff and management are to be commended for delivering great hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to other travellers.

Pros: Great location, very tasty breakfast with great variety, super friendly staff and the whole atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Hotel has a nice decor and we love the summer colours of tiles and facade.
Cons: We booked a single room without the balcony, hence we had no place to dry our swimming clothes and towels. There is little hangers in the bathrooms, actually only one. Perhaps the hotel could provide a common area outside where guest could hang their beach items.

Pros: Wonderful setting, amidst the hills of the Arzachena region, charming Sardinian lady owner, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant offering great food, a wonderful breakfast, 2 swimming pools, what else do you need? We stayed in Il Stazzo, the villa with private pool (the third one!), where you can feel totally on your own, and rest in the shadow of a holly oak by the poolside. Fully recommended!

Pros: We stayed one night in a spacious villa next to a pool. I love everything about the villa: design, beds, kitchen and living room. It a perfect place for a family. Also, we took our small chihuahua with us and he was welcomed everywhere. We came to celebrate birthday of our twins and during breakfast they bring us homemade cake with candles. Thanks so much! We truly appreciate that.

Pros: Our stay at l'e bianca luxury resort was perfect on so many levels. The hotel is located in a secluded area where you will definitely feel like home with the overwhelming kindness of the staff and hotel manager as well as the beautiful and VERY CLEAN rooms they offer with a beautiful view on the hotel's pool and sea. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is also very good and open for both diner and lunch. Its setting is also very well done and neat. The hotel manager and staff helped us a lot when we needed to do bookings and have some guidance regarding the most beautiful and fun things to do around the costa smeralda. The value for money is excellent, with an impeccable service. They even extended our check out hour and welcomed us to stay at the hotel's spa and bar while waiting for our flight that was due later in the evening. The hotel's secluded beach is breathtaking and also very secluded. We will definitely be back! L'E bianca luxury resort is the perfect place to have a home like experience in a luxurious setting and service.

Pros: The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, we loved the fact that we got one with a terrace and a garden. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety was offered. The cocktails at the bar were great (though pretty expensive). The pool always clean, same for the surroundings. I loved the location of the hotel and the fact that it has a pool and the beach is just 2 minutes away. The beach was relatively clean and always empty, besides the guests from the hotel, there were very few people around. All in all great hotel with a wonderful view.
Cons: The staff at the reception and at the restaurant, even though they were friendly, they still need to improve to reach a 5-star hotel standard - but I am being very critical now. The recommendations for the restaurants that we received were not the best ones, so we were a bit disappointed. In the room with had some problems with ants, but nothing major. The location is really nice, but keep in mind that you might need a car to move around, visit the surroundings and go out for lunch/dinner (if you don't want to eat in the hotel's restaurant everyday).

Pros: This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the Baja Sardinia / Porto Cervo area. It exceeds even some of the 5-star properties in quality of rooms, facilities and staff. And it does this while costing substantially less. Simply a gem. I would particularly note that the following: 1) All rooms are recently refurbished and are extremely nice and large for the price. 2) The hotel has a wonderful, cosy, slightly wild private beach a mere 5 minute walk from any of the rooms. 3) If you want to party, or just enjoy the sunset at a trendy place, the hotel is 10 minute walk proximity to Phi Beach, which is a gem worthy of a visit to Sardinia in its own right. To boot, the hotel is a very short drive to the Ritual club.
Cons: If I had to nitpick something, I would say that entry into the sea on the beach is a little precarious. Large rocks go up pretty much to the water's edge. They are not sharp, but rather round and slippery, so maintaining balance is quite a challenge when walking in or out. I think the hotel could consider either removing at least a couple of the first metres of the rocks, or installing a floating pontoon access ramp which would go out perhaps 10-15 metres over the rocks, at which point you can just swim.

Pools were great for our 4yo son, although a little bit cold at the start of June. There is an excellent supermarket to the rear of the accommodation and some nice reasonably priced restaurants in Cannigione. Special mention for the staff who were incredibly friendly and really helpful. We had a lovely holiday, only complaint was that it was over too soon!
Cons: The play park opposite was brilliant for our 4yo son, but we were a little surprised that children were in it until nearly midnight on a couple of nights. Whilst there wasn’t any ‘bad’ noise from it, just the sound of lots of well behaved children having a good time, it wasn’t the absolute peace and quiet we had hoped to have sitting out on our balcony every night. As parents of a young son we rolled with that, but had we been there on holiday to get away from kids it might have annoyed us more than it did.

It worked as a great base to explore the different beaches and towns around Costa Smeralda. We went on our honeymoon and everything was exceptional, the hotel, the rooms, the service, the food, the drink, the private beach which is a stones throw away (but they will take you in a golf buggy if you fancy it!). It is also by a fantastic health trail for those of you who like a hike and want to really enjoy those views. The shampoo, conditioner etc are luxury too!!! everything about this hotel is just fantastic. A big thank you to Francesca. We appreciate everything you did for us to make our honeymoon so special. You are an asset to the hotel and they are lucky to have you. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
Cons: The lunch was a bit expensive, but it is a luxury hotel. There is a cheap snack bar by the beach if you fancy a sandwich without breaking the bank. Also, and not the fault of the hotel, but a taxi to the restaurants in Puerto Cervo cost 20 euros a go, so you might want to keep this in mind if on a budget.

Internet has bad system, 48 hours access only, so you have to ask for it every second day. When a hotel middle of nowhere, why they need to code internet? Breakfast is boring, not too much choice and always same things.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at La Jacia Hotel & Resort, even if it was only for one night. The rooms are more like small 'houses' and the resort feels like a small beautiful village with a lot of palm-trees and other plants. Our room was very clean and I loved the little patio in the front of it as well as the pool area. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was nice too (as always in Italy a looooot of sweet cake, but also vegetables, fruits, cheese and sausages).
Cons: Well, the "aqua dream" is right next to the hotel and they play loud music all day (I think till 6pm). That's pretty annoying if you want to have a quite time - but probably nice, if you want to hear music while sunbathing by the pool.

Pros: We've stayed at La Jacia for 5 days. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who helped us with a taxi when we checked out but he was incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included scrambled eggs, a variety of hams and cheeses, pastry (lactose-free too), fruit and vegetables, tea, coffee, and juice. The croissants were so good I was afraid my clothes wouldn't fit anymore after we leave :) The room was rather spacious, air conditioning worked well. Water pressure in the shower was great, unlike other places we've been to. We also enjoyed a nice small pool and free entrance to the aquapark (which is only a few steps from the hotel).
Cons: Just after we checked in we discovered that the toilet's edge was dirty - apparently someone used it and didn't wipe afterward, which is gross. The shower cabin was tiny, a medium-size person can fit there easily while standing but the problems begin when you need to bend. There was dust under the bed. The walls had gray stains somewhere and the room smelled of chemicals terribly after cleaning. There was a wardrobe and when I opened it for the first time, the smell was disgusting too - stale and chemical at the same time. I think that serious attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness problem. We were also misinformed about the days when we could visit the aquapark for free, so we were turned away two times with a simple explanation that our hotel cards contain incorrect information.

Pros: The hotel has a real nice panorama, it stands on a hill so views from balconies are just spectacular! So it has another side of the story - if you didn't rent a car it will be very boring to stay there just reading books and sunbathing near the pool (in my opinion). Sardegna is all about driving and roaming from one beach to another, visiting nuraghes just on the way (especially go to see several in Arzachena and rainbow stairs of Chiesa Di Santa Lucia), taking photos of numerous yachts that cost a fortune (we were lucky to see Madame Gu twice - in Porto Cervo, then in Porto Rotondo. Just a piece of art). The deluxe room is very spacious, high V-shape roof with wooden beams, bathroom equipment is in very good condition, very cozy terrace with armchairs and a table to eat fruit in the evening with amazing view on the mountains, stars, illuminated pool and rocks and trees. Absolutely tranquil. The hotel grounds are very well designed and kept nicely, look wonderful during the day and at night. Staff was extremely friendly, smiley and helpful. Mario from the restaurant is very attentive during breakfasts and dinners, Daniele at the reception is also very nice, gave us an awesome tip-off about a restaurant to have dinner - La Sciumara (www.ristorantelasciumara.it). We've been all across Italy for the last 10 years and believe me it's just THE BEST PIZZA in Italy. I know what I'm talking about. An egyptian guy with a bright smile who works there as pizzaiolo for 20 years makes an absolute perfection out of his craft. The oven is heated by firewood (!) Especially try their special pizza La Sciumara with philadelphia cheese and a home-made head-spinning millefeuille cream within a crunchy sticks. Incredible taste and serving!! Thank you, Daniele, for your recommendation! If you come to Palau, which is 20 min. drive from this location, you may have a wonderful trip on a ferryboat (carrying cars) to Maddalena and other islands.
Cons: The main disappointment was almost constant barking of dogs from a rescue center on the adjacent territory. Daniele at the reception told us it happens only in September when they start to train those stray dogs for hunting when the hunting season is coming up. It's not just distant sounds, it feels like they bark just under your balcony and it starts at 4-5 a.m. As an old English lady said to me 'You have to be deaf not to hear them' ;-D We noticed many times that bewildered expression on a face of almost every new guest saying "Is that a breakfast of a boutique hotel?.. Are you kidding?..' Well, to us cereals with milk and honey, slices of melon, a yoghurt and a coffee with a croissant were just enough. Unfortunately there was no laundry service or any access to a washing machine, so you should use a self-service laundry in town or use a sink in your room ;-) Beaches in Cannigione not far from the hotel are not so splendid as many others, especially Tanca Manna was a sham. Higly recommend you to visit Spiaggia Rena Bianca (white sand beach) and Ira beach in Porto Rotondo.

Pros: This was a three night stay for us at the end of a tour of Sardinia. What a great place to finish at. Our room was superb, having no direct neighbouring rooms so very quiet and peaceful, and a lovely balcony with far reaching views, the perfect place for an evening glass or two of wine. The layout of the resort was ideal with lots of room between the various apartments, many lawn areas and lovely flowering borders. It is a very relaxing place. Breakfast was comprehensive , tasty and with excellent service as were the evening meals in the restaurant, which were of excellent quality, a great dining experience. The reception service was also top quality, with advice and assistance around local attractions and things to do further afield. For us it was the perfect location, both tranquil and relaxing but also has facilities for swimming and exercise with easy walking to the local nuraghe sites and short drives to the coat, which is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this resort for those seeking quality, comfort and class during their visit to northern Sardinia.

Pros: The apartment was great, spacious. Staff was friendly, each day cleaning came. Small problems were fixed immediately and adequate. Great beds, we slept very well. The archeological site next to resort was a bonus. Breakfast was nice, view over the mountains was beautiful. We were here for 4 days, and perhaps this is why we lacked some things.
Cons: The food in the restaurant was great, but expensive. We went out to eat because of the price, that was a pity. The pool was nice, the water on the other hand ice cold. Almost all the equipment in the gym was filthy or did not work, which was a shame. You really need a car when you go here, there is no store nearby to buy food or drinks. There are no plates, there is no cutlery nor enough glasses. For opening a bottle of wine we had to ask the restaurant for example.

Pros: This place is a resort compound. Beautifully manicured, flowers, great lawn areas. We loved that we were 18minutes from Palau so we could go on a day sailing excursion. We also thought it was amazing to be able to park our car at the hotel and walk to a nuraghe and a Giants tomb. ($6 euro entry fee for both) I loved loved loved the BIGbprivate covered patio next to the room. It was wonderful to sip wine and watch the sunset on comfortable chairs. I liked that they had a drying rack with clothes pins to dry our bathing suits and a few other hand washable items. The staff was so friendly especially our waitress! Breakfast was delicious. We also had a nice dinner one night. They have bike rentals, both regular and electric bikes. The swimming pool was awesome. Can I say anything else great about this place? You need to go and see for yourself. You will love this place!
Cons: Lol.. The only negative was that the little shower didn't have any place to put a bar of soap, shampoo etc... Oh and we wished the restaurant offered sandwiches and lighter less expensive food for dinner.

Pros: The location is rather remote - the staff will drop off at approved location The property is very clean - swimming pool is very clean Breakfast is served outside under some beautiful olive trees The staff at breakfast and dinner are wonderful and the headmaster- who will often suggest items that Steve kit on the menu that the chef will create The housekeeping did a great job - The turn down in evening was lovely
Cons: The guy managing the pool is rather rude - when my husband asked four towels he said no there’s only 2 of you - for what what we paid per night 700 US The staff should be more accommodating or better customer service

Pros: The food and service was excellent. Everything was kept clean at all times. The grounds were well maintained. Service was excellent.
Cons: The beach was far and we needed to pay for a taxi every time we tried to go out somewhere, and the cost was extremely expensive. We felt trapped. Count not get around easily. That was very disappointing. The transfer from the airport was extremely expensive too. The room was very old, expected to be newer for the cost, very disappointed. It was clean but very old and outdated for the price.

Starting with the check-in counter with very friendly staff, the driver to/from the beach, the breakfast was wonderful, the room upgrade was appreciated & the food at restaurant by the beach was delicious ... and with a million on dollar view!!! We were treated like royalty during our stay. Thank you!

Pros: Really amazing hotel and facilities!!! Room is big, clean, nice with fantastic cute terrace outside. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Each piece of the hotel is cute and romantic. Very good breakfast, everything is available and tasty. We will definitely come back there!

Pros: The La Rocca Beach is really nice and comfortable. Not too noisy at all, which was the best bit about it. The restaurant at the beach is okay - staff could be a little friendlier and the food could have a little more flavour. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was super tasty. Really impressed with the flavour there.
Cons: The beds are extremely uncomfortable and it didn't help the AC suddenly made a rattling noise in the middle of the night (twice), which disrupted our sleep. The pressure in the shower was terrible and it really needs to be updated.

Cons: Rooms were retro but too much retro, rooms are quite dark, wifi was poor, no liquid shampoo in the shower, beds are not comfortable, had to walk through the restaurant to get to the room.

Cons: Road to property not suitable for rented car. You need 4x4 as road has a lots of holes, We were very worried to get to and out from property as we had rented car, There is 25 min drive to Olbia. There were no free toiletries. We did not have even soap in the toilet.

Cons: The car hire at the airport be very careful and pick the named company some required a large deposit we did not have so is cost 200€ in taxi fares plu the 250 we lost in the car hire so be warned

Pros: Exceptional vista from the property. Host was very friendly and helpful and lovely breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with an adjacent bathroom for exclusive use.
Cons: Our room was compact with limited room for cases. The facilties within the room were ok but no free plug sockets make it difficult when you need to charge phones etc.

Pros: Pina was a great hostess - she's knowledgeable and tended to all our needs. The views while we were having breakfast and a beer in the evenings were absolutely stunning. Their location is peaceful and secluded but still near enough to Palau.
