Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was noted throughout the property, from rooms to common areas. The pool and spa facilities were popular and well-maintained, offering relaxation options. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its variety and quality, though a few guests found it repetitive. Some negative feedback focused on outdated room decor, noise from ventilation, and occasional issues with the air conditioning or beds, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.
