The bed & water pressure were good. Room cleanliness & it’s very outdated. We had a room with broken drywall & busted drop ceiling in the shower.

Pros (+) Lombardi's Steakhouse is one of the best hotel restaurants you will find. The hotel is a short walk to several hipster bars.
Cons (-) You need a room key to operate the elevator, but the room key readers in the west elevators don't work correctly. The front desk called security who showed up and proceeded to re-insert my room key 20 times before it finally read they key. "We've been asking for the manager to replace the reader....".
