The bed & water pressure were good. Room cleanliness & it’s very outdated. We had a room with broken drywall & busted drop ceiling in the shower.

Pros (+) Lombardi's Steakhouse is one of the best hotel restaurants you will find. The hotel is a short walk to several hipster bars.
Cons (-) You need a room key to operate the elevator, but the room key readers in the west elevators don't work correctly. The front desk called security who showed up and proceeded to re-insert my room key 20 times before it finally read they key. "We've been asking for the manager to replace the reader....". Pros (+) Great location. Good choice of food/beverage options.
Cons (-) This property is showing it's age and needs a major makeover. Carpets are old and worn. Bathrooms have no exhaust fans.

Pros (+) The beds were really comfortable. Very clean rooms.
Cons (-) Housekeeping wasn't too on the ball. My first night, they forgot to stock toilet paper and facial tissues. Two nights later, they didn't stock any floor mat for when you step out of the shower. When I called the front desk, they just brought me more towels.
