Ramada Resort by Wyndham Lara

Staff very helpful and they try to be nice :)

Room very noisy and food not very delicious compared to the traditional turkish food. moreover, staff are not well formed compared to five stars hotel in other countries.

After an amazing stay and vacation in ramada plaza,i was shocked to see the difference in comparison to ramada resort. I had a superior room reservation . I was offered economy double with a good balcony view. As i asked for my superior room and contacted the administration, i was offered a larger room at the first floor. Of course, i will prefer the economy double with a high floor and good view, than to stay in a 3 bed room at the first floor. The customer relations tried to handle the issue, as the they offered me a copoun to verona resturant. As over all, this was not Ramada concept! The rudness of some bar tenders. The uncertainty in the reservation. There is no difference between economy double, double, superior rooms except the price.
