Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The staff received positive comments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Many guests found the beds comfortable. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but room size and occasional cleanliness issues were drawbacks.
