Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location with good access to public transport and nearby amenities. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues with bedding and bathrooms. Some guests also found the rooms to be small and felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price. Overall, while the staff and location were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and room maintenance.
