Pros (+) its location, nice and attentive staff, cleanliness, and price.
Cons (-) the front doors open to all, (should have customers use cards to gain entry), killed two small roaches coming down from the ceiling in the restroom, no batteries in remote control for the t.v., and the tea machine was not working.
